The artwork depicts the Russian writers and poets Dostoyevsky, Lermontov, Bulgakov, Brodsky, Yesenin, Vysotsky, Tolstoy, Tsoi, and Pushkin as the most prominent representatives of "great russian culture," which is just a poisonous imperialistic narrative that destroys the independent cultural identity of Ukraine.
