With these words, a woman from Henichesk (Kherson region, Ukraine) approached the armed Russian soldier on February 24th, 2022 — the first day when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This fearless phrase of a villager immediately became a metaphor for the Ukrainian resistance. We are peaceful people. We love when our fields are golden with wheat and sunflowers, but our rage will not allow those who came here with the war to walk peacefully on Ukrainian soil.
